Comprising 340 acres of rolling grassland just outside the village of Cobham in Surrey, Chasemore Stud Farm provides the ideal environment for raising thoroughbred horses. The site encompasses a 40 box American barn, foaling boxes, veterinary room, a 20 box yearling barn, training area, two lunging rings, and horse walkers all utilised by a team of professionally trained staff.
R.S. Sets are proud to have worked throughout 2015 with the stud farm and KWA Architects - whom we also worked with on the Morelands Riverdale scheme in Hampton – on their new development project of a state-of-the-art foaling unit, pre-foaling barn, and a traditional mares and foals courtyard.
We also combined our highly skilled bespoke joinery techniques with the use of quality materials, including Accoya Wood, to create additional facilities such as stable boxes, 4m high main stable and barn doors, aluminium clad roof turrets, and feeding boxes.
